RITZ-CARLTON RESIDENCES Waikiki Beach, Hawaii
The Ritz-Carlton Kuhio Tower Tenant Improvement Spaces included a Dean and Deluca (2,203 SF), BLT Market (4,843 SF), Sushi Sho Restaurant (1,391 SF) and Ritz Carlton Spa (2,504 SF).
As a project completed very early on in my career, I functioned as a junior architecture working on the architecture team for the two 40 story towers.
For the TI-spaces I was involved in the design of each space from schematic to the submission of 85% Pricing Set. I worked directly with the project manager to translate the concept of each space into drawings, being mindful of both brand design standards and clients desires. Set up and coordinate complete drawing set for pricing, including plans, sections, elevations and details.
For Residences I was involved in the 80-100% CD set submission for the core and shell as well as the overall unit planning.
