A facade design project, transforming a previous mixed-use storefront to a residential unit.  Designed to provide privacy and light to the street facing space with a contemporary window seat

Worked directly with developer through initial concepts and ideas.  The facade was a key factor in the project to show and sell the transformation of this neighborhood from a more industrial area to high end residential.  Produced construction documents and details for construction.
