WEST VILLAGE BROWNSTONE NYC

ALT-1 conversion of a landmarked multi-family brownstone, to a single family with new historic stoop. Breaking with the traditional brownstone parti, the plan was proportioned around a contemporary stair core.  A complete interior demo, including re framing, underpinning, new bulkhead and roof deck.  

LPC, DOB, DOT Permitting and approval for a Real Estate Development Group.  The permits/plans were then sold and transferred for construction to new private owner. I worked directly with the new clients on personalizing the design for their lifestyle from concept to construction documents.  Completed 100% CD set from design to detail on my own under the advisement of technical director.
