As an investment property, the client was looking for various design proposals at different cost points to maximum profits in a resale. Project included providing cost comparisons for various levels of finish upgrades and space planning.
Responsibilities ranged across the design and construction side as the Project Architect under Guerin Glass Architects and Project Manager under Composite Fabrication and Construction. I was responsible for schematic design, construction documents and managing both the design and construction coordination. This included coordination of subcontractors, sourcing and ordering materials, and maintaining the construction budget.
