ALT-1 conversion of a multi-family brownstone to a single family home.  Designed as a revitalization of a traditional brownstone, with new contemporary touches and finishes.  The original structural framing and stair core were refurbished with a new extension for a modern kitchen in the rear. 

Responsible for the Construction Administration under Guerin Glass Architects and functioned as Project Manager for Composite Fabrication and Construction during a sensitive transition.  Towards the end of construction, the previous contractor was let go due to recurring negligence.  I played a key role in assisting the client through the remainder of the project, creating and maintaining a positive relationship.  Tasks included surveying negligent work, creating field reports for the lawsuit, analyzing the sources of damages, proposing cost effective solutions for repairs, effectively coordinating the necessary trades and subcontractors for repairs.  I resolved the outstanding DOB and ECB violations from the previous contractor, DOB close out and acquiring the final Certificate of Occupancy.
